Washington: 18.0%
Virginia: 16.5%
Colorado: 15.1%
California: 15.0%

Lowest
Mississippi: 6.8%
North Dakota: 7.1%
Nevada: 8.3%
Arkansas: 8.4%
Kentucky: 8.5%
