I was going to add by seeing what some of the housing journals said the actual decrease in home value was but I cannot get my database connection to work. But Zillow claims 72% of homes suffered a value decrease and only 22% of homes have actually increased, but none of this is cited or claimed as in-house research.

By the way, great interview on Point of Inquiry. I enjoyed it.
